Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and once your order is dispatched you will be sent the tracking details. Tracking will become available once Royal Mail have collected the item and the delivery time frame is from the time the parcel is collected by Royal Mail.

If an order is placed before 14:00 on a working day, it will be packed and ready for collection the next day by Royal Mail who will then deliver as per the below selected service at checkout. 

Please note these delivery times are approximate and to be used as a guide, sometimes deliveries will take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe and this is outside of our control and down to external factors such as adverse weather conditions for example. Refunds for delivery will not be made unless the item is damaged/faulty.

Royal Mail aim to deliver to you between 7:00am - 16:30pm Monday - Saturday.
